  • Manage invoice validation and payment processes

Team Management

  • Lead recruitment and staff development
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Facilitate team training programs

Stakeholder Relations

  • Maintain provider network relationships
  • Address client inquiries and resolve disputes
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary case reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • ICU/Theatre management experience
