Core Responsibilities

Clinical Management

• Oversee patient assessments and treatment plans
• Monitor recovery progress and discharge planning
• Ensure quality care standards and accurate medical coding

Operations Leadership

• Implement case management strategies
• Review high-cost cases and treatment authorizations
• Manage invoice validation and payment processes

Team Management

• Lead recruitment and staff development
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Facilitate team training programs

Stakeholder Relations

• Maintain provider network relationships
• Address client inquiries and resolve disputes
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary case reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• ICU/Theatre management experience
• Background in high-cost case management
• Proficiency in healthcare analytics
