Core Responsibilities
Clinical Management
- Oversee patient assessments and treatment plans
- Monitor recovery progress and discharge planning
- Ensure quality care standards and accurate medical coding
Operations Leadership
- Implement case management strategies
- Review high-cost cases and treatment authorizations
- Manage invoice validation and payment processes
Team Management
- Lead recruitment and staff development
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Facilitate team training programs
Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain provider network relationships
- Address client inquiries and resolve disputes
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary case reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- ICU/Theatre management experience
- Background in high-cost case management
- Proficiency in healthcare analytics
