Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in fleet maintenance coordination
- Strategic planning and operational oversight skills
- Technical diagnostic capabilities
- Budget and compliance management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of municipal fleet assets across all depots
- Develop annual fleet maintenance and replacement plans
- Coordinate vehicle servicing/repair workflows with central departments
- Analyze and optimize fuel usage/maintenance costs
- Maintain accurate asset registers and compliance documentation
- Oversee internal workshop operations and staff performance
- Implement risk management protocols and audit compliance
- Contribute to tender specifications for vehicle contracts
