  • Proven experience in fleet maintenance coordination
  • Strategic planning and operational oversight skills

  • Budget and compliance management experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of municipal fleet assets across all depots
  • Develop annual fleet maintenance and replacement plans
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing/repair workflows with central departments
  • Analyze and optimize fuel usage/maintenance costs
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and compliance documentation
  • Oversee internal workshop operations and staff performance
  • Implement risk management protocols and audit compliance
  • Contribute to tender specifications for vehicle contracts
