About the Organization

The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) is an independent statutory body established under Act No. 74 of 1996. We investigate corruption, malpractice, and maladministration in state institutions to safeguard public resources.

Position Overview

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 5+ years (2+ years supervisory)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Public Administration, or related field (NQF Level 7)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SIU Fleet Management policies
  • Manage pool vehicle allocation and usage
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance programs
  • Maintain accurate fleet database records
  • Lead and mentor fleet management staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (advantageous)
  • Experience in government/public sector logistics
