Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement claims management strategies
- Standardize regional claims processes
- Manage litigation outcomes and legal precedents
Litigation Management
- Oversee court processes including summons, pleadings, and trial preparation
- Coordinate with courts on case management systems
- Implement cost control measures for legal expenses
Quality Assurance
- Maintain compliance with audit requirements
- Implement risk management protocols
- Monitor claims processing quality standards
Team Leadership
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Oversee staff development programs
- Manage departmental resources
Application Requirements
- 4-year Law degree (NQF 8 qualification preferred)
- Proven experience in claims management environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of court rules and procedures
