Job Title: Manager: Customer Service Centre (Nelspruit)

Core Responsibilities

Department Leadership

  • Develop regional business plans aligned with RAF strategy
  • Manage claims onboarding processes including consultations and assessments
  • Oversee hospital/community service center operations

Performance Management

  • Produce monthly operational reports
  • Implement service delivery improvements
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation

Stakeholder Relations

  • Maintain RAF values in all stakeholder interactions
  • Facilitate internal/external communications
  • Represent RAF at industry events

Team Development

  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
  • Set operational targets and monitor progress
  • Lead team meetings and strategic planning

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
– NQF7 (Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma) in relevant field
Preferred: NQF8 Qualification (Postgraduate/Honors)

Professional Experience:
6-8 years in legal/claims environment with 2+ years supervisory experience
