Job Title: Manager: Customer Service Centre (Nelspruit)

Experience: 6-8 years (2+ years supervisory)
Education: NQF7 Qualification (Bachelor’s/Advanced Diploma)
Location: Mpumalanga
Core Responsibilities
Department Leadership
- Develop regional business plans aligned with RAF strategy
- Manage claims onboarding processes including consultations and assessments
- Oversee hospital/community service center operations
Performance Management
- Produce monthly operational reports
- Implement service delivery improvements
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain RAF values in all stakeholder interactions
- Facilitate internal/external communications
- Represent RAF at industry events
Team Development
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
- Set operational targets and monitor progress
- Lead team meetings and strategic planning
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
– NQF7 (Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma) in relevant field
Preferred: NQF8 Qualification (Postgraduate/Honors)
Professional Experience:
6-8 years in legal/claims environment with 2+ years supervisory experience
