Core Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory operations across five treatment facilities
- Manage accreditation processes and quality control standards
- Coordinate water quality monitoring programs and analysis
- Develop operational budgets and resource allocation plans
- Lead team development and performance management
Requirements
- BSc Honours/MTech in Chemistry, Microbiology or related field
- Professional scientific registration
- 7+ years water analysis experience (3+ in leadership role)
- Expertise in ISO 17025 and water legislation
- Valid Code B driver’s license
