Essential Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee procurement, ICT, and records management
- Maintain audit readiness and documentation standards
- Align operations with municipal planning frameworks (SDBIP, IDP)
Financial Management:
- Monitor divisional budgets and expenditure
- Ensure MFMA compliance
- Manage contractor billing processes
Public Service:
- Address public inquiries and official correspondence
- Supervise administrative team
