Requirements
– 3-year qualification in Civil Engineering/Plumbing (NQF Level 6)
– 1 year practical experience in plumbing maintenance
– Knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance procedures
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform scheduled plumbing maintenance tasks
2. Assess and repair plumbing systems
3. Monitor contractor work quality
4. Maintain maintenance records and reports
5. Identify improvement opportunities in plumbing systems
