Qualifications & Requirements
- LLB Degree or 4-year recognized legal qualification
- Proven experience in maintenance systems and family law
- Thorough knowledge of Maintenance Act (Act 99/1998)
- Proficiency in Setswana and Afrikaans languages
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance operations under the Maintenance Act
- Gather financial documentation for maintenance cases
- Supervise maintenance investigators
- Represent cases in Maintenance Court proceedings
- Enforce court orders and manage Family Law Section staff
