Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Preferred Qualification: LLB Degree or 4-year legal qualification
Location: KwaZulu-Natal
Department: Engineering/Technical Services
Required Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Maintenance Act & family law procedures
- Experience with court processes and legal documentation
- Valid driver’s license
- Financial assessment capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance cases per Maintenance Act regulations
- Collect financial evidence for court proceedings
- Supervise Maintenance Investigators
- Represent department in Maintenance Court hearings
- Maintain accurate case records and statistics
