Maintenance Officer (MR1-MR5)

Minimum Requirements
- LLB degree or equivalent four-year legal qualification

- Working knowledge of maintenance laws and family court procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Language proficiency (Soshanguve area): English + Xitsonga/Setswana
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce maintenance orders under the Maintenance Act
- Collect financial documentation for support cases
- Supervise maintenance investigation teams
- Execute court-ordered maintenance directives
- Prepare operational reports and statistical analysis
