Role: Maintenance Officer (MR1-MR5)

Key Requirements
- LLB Degree or equivalent 4-year legal qualification
- Proven experience in legal practice (post-qualification)
- Comprehensive understanding of:
- Maintenance Act regulations
- Family law procedures
- Financial investigation processes
- Fluency in two official South African languages
- Valid driver’s license
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute Maintenance Officer duties per Maintenance Act provisions
- Collect and analyze financial data for maintenance cases
- Supervise maintenance investigation processes
- Enforce court orders and implement bench directives
- Prepare detailed case reports and statistical analyses
