Key Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Basic understanding of the Maintenance Act
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior administrative experience (family law matters advantageous)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve legal documents including maintenance summons and garnishee orders
- Conduct location tracing of individuals
- Provide court testimony when required
- Support office administration and case management
