Experience: 1-2 years as Artisan Assistant

Core Responsibilities
- Support Artisans in technical operations and equipment maintenance
- Maintain AIB-standard cleanliness and workspace safety
- Assist with general engineering maintenance tasks
- Monitor equipment effectiveness and report operational issues
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 certification (Non-negotiable)
- Trade Test certification preferred
- Proven experience with industrial equipment maintenance
- Understanding of mechanical systems and tools
