Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
• Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
• Willingness to learn technical skills

Core Responsibilities

• Support maintenance team with equipment repairs and installations
• Assist in mechanical and electrical system maintenance
• Maintain workshop organization and tool management
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs
• Help implement plant reliability improvements
• Assist with technical measurements and documentation
