Role Summary
Our Pretoria Baking Plant seeks a Maintenance Assistant to support technical operations. This role involves equipment maintenance and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist artisans with maintenance operations
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Maintain safety compliance and equipment documentation
- Conduct mechanical servicing and lubrication
- Support installation projects and maintain activity records
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate with N4 technical qualification
- Proven technical aptitude and safety awareness
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability for shift work including weekends/holidays
- Basic maintenance documentation skills
