Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate with minimum N4 qualification
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic technical maintenance understanding
Key Responsibilities
- Support artisans in maintenance operations
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery
- Ensure compliance with health/safety protocols
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Assist with equipment lubrication and cleaning
- Participate in installation projects
