Experience: 2-3 years in maintenance (production environment preferred)

About the Role
We seek a technically skilled Maintenance Assistant to support machinery upkeep in our Bakery unit. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and work on both electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
– Perform planned maintenance & emergency repairs
– Maintain workshop tools and equipment
– Assist with facility maintenance projects
– Complete job cards with technician sign-off
Safety Compliance:
– Follow food safety protocols
– Maintain clean workspaces post-maintenance
– Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements
Essential Skills:
– Proficiency in English (reading/writing)
– Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
– Ability to work independently
– Strong task prioritization
Preferred: Bakery industry experience
