Position Summary:
Support maintenance planning operations by coordinating work management processes, optimizing scheduling efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Details:

- Experience: 2-3 years in maintenance planning/operations
- Location: Rustenburg, North West
- Field: Engineering/Technical
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance plans aligned with operational priorities
- Monitor plan adherence and generate compliance reports
- Implement new methodologies and process improvements
- Manage spare parts procurement and inventory tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and vendor performance
- Support team operations through collaborative problem-solving
Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
- Diploma/Certificate in Planning/Project Management
- Minimum 2 years’ planning experience in technical environments
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
