Role Overview
We seek a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to support counter operations at our MAC Truworths Cavendish location. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational excellence to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team leadership and staff development initiatives
- Help achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Manage inventory and daily cash reconciliations
- Coordinate staff schedules and retail operations
- Utilize POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Candidate Requirements
- Prior retail experience (cosmetics preferred)
- Proven team leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends
- Proficiency in retail software and MS Office
