AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, offers a structured work-based learning program combining theoretical training with practical workplace experience. Successful candidates will earn a registered qualification in the insurance sector.
Key Requirements
- South African citizen aged 18-35
- Valid Matric certificate with English + Math/Math Literacy/Accounting
- No prior learnership experience
- Not currently enrolled in other studies
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Medical confirmation of disability required
- Monthly stipend provided
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Available to work at our Centurion head office
