Company Overview

AVBOB, Africa’s largest mutual assurance society, offers comprehensive funeral insurance and burial service solutions. In partnership with INSETA, we are offering a 12-month learnership program to develop skills in the insurance sector.

Program Details

• Duration: 12 months (NQF Level 4, 140 credits)
• Stipend: Monthly allowance provided
• Location: Free State Province (multiple branches)
• Eligibility: Open to South African citizens aged 18-35

Key Requirements

• Valid Matric certificate with English and Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy/Accounting
• No prior learnership experience
• Not currently enrolled in other studies or employment
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Strong communication and self-motivation

Candidate Advantages

• Preference given to candidates from previously disadvantaged groups
• Smartphone/laptop access beneficial (not mandatory)
