Programme Overview
AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society, in partnership with INSETA, invites applications for its NQF Level 4 Long Term Insurance Learnership. This programme offers practical experience in client services operations with a monthly stipend.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive insurance industry training
- Develop client service skills through practical application
- Attain formal qualification (140 credits)
Candidate Requirements
- South African citizen aged 18-35 years
- Valid Matric certificate with English + Mathematics/Accounting
- No previous learnership participation
- Available for full-time commitment (12 months)
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Basic digital literacy (advantageous)
