AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, offers a 12-month NQF Level 4 Learnership (140 credits) combining theoretical training with workplace experience in long-term insurance.

- Contract Type: Fixed-term Learnership
- Locations: Mbombela, Acornhoek, Witbank (Mpumalanga)
- Stipend: R3,500 monthly allowance
- Duration: 1 March 2024 – 28 February 2025
Entry Requirements:
- Matric certificate with English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy/Accounting
- South African citizen aged 18-35
- No previous learnership participation
- Available for full-time commitment (No concurrent studies)
- Computer literacy essential
- Resident of Mpumalanga province
