Programme Overview
We invite unemployed candidates from previously disadvantaged groups to join our 12-month learnership programme focusing on long-term insurance solutions. Successful applicants will gain practical workplace experience while earning a monthly stipend of R5,000.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills
