Program Details:
- Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract
- Stipend: R5,000 monthly allowance
- Qualification: NQF Level 4 Insurance Certification upon completion

Learning Experience:
- Practical exposure in Insurance Sales/Administration
- Structured theoretical training with on-job mentoring
- Skill development in financial risk assessment
- Compliance and ethics training for insurance environments
Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics/Accounting
- Currently unemployed and available for full-time commitment
- Not enrolled in other studies during program period
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented with customer service aptitude
