Qualifications & Requirements
- Matric certificate with post-secondary certification/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics coordination
- Valid South African passport
- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in multicultural environments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipment coordination and tracking
- Oversee inventory control and warehouse documentation
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms)
- Maintain logistics databases with current records
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Monitor transportation costs and assist budgeting processes
- Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies
