Qualifications & Requirements

  • Matric certificate with post-secondary certification/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics coordination
  • Valid South African passport
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working in multicultural environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shipment coordination and tracking
  • Oversee inventory control and warehouse documentation
  • Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms)
  • Maintain logistics databases with current records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
  • Monitor transportation costs and assist budgeting processes
  • Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies
