Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation requests and distribute to relevant teams
  • Check availability and hold space for new bookings
  • Assist Travel Specialists with itinerary creation
  • Process reservation cancellations and track provisional bookings
  • Prepare lodge daysheets and send confirmation documents
  • Generate weekly administration reports (bookings, payments)
  • Verify and update guest information in reservation systems
  • Coordinate with reservations team and suppliers

Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Basic travel industry knowledge
  • Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Reservation systems experience (Tourplan preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Tourism/Travel-related qualification (degree/diploma)
  • 1-2 years administration experience

Skills:

  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service focus
