Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation requests and distribute to relevant teams
- Check availability and hold space for new bookings
- Assist Travel Specialists with itinerary creation
- Process reservation cancellations and track provisional bookings
- Prepare lodge daysheets and send confirmation documents
- Generate weekly administration reports (bookings, payments)
- Verify and update guest information in reservation systems
- Coordinate with reservations team and suppliers
Requirements
Knowledge:
- Basic travel industry knowledge
- Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reservation systems experience (Tourplan preferred)
Qualifications:
- Tourism/Travel-related qualification (degree/diploma)
- 1-2 years administration experience
Skills:
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Customer service focus
