Role Purpose:
Support library operations through resource management, service delivery, and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage library administration tasks
- Assist with information retrieval services
- Maintain and develop book collections
- Support reading programs and educational activities
- Operate library management systems
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certification (Matric)
- Basic computer literacy
- 6+ months relevant experience (library environment preferred)
- Willingness to undergo criminal record check
- Familiarity with SirsiDynix Symphony system advantageous
