Position Details:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in public library environment

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year post-matric qualification in Library Science (B.Bibl/B.LIS/B.Tech or equivalent)
  • Current LIASA membership
  • Computer proficiency
  • Understanding of public library operations

  • Supervisory skills & staff management
  • Library ICT systems knowledge
  • Budget management & procurement processes
  • Marketing and research capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch library operations
  • Coordinate material circulation and information services
  • Create learning-friendly environments through displays
  • Handle administrative reporting and record maintenance
