About Us:

The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) operates under the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act (2011) to administer community housing disputes and promote good governance. Established in October 2016, we provide pivotal regulatory services in South Africa’s community housing sector.

Role Requirements:

  • LLB Degree/BProc or equivalent legal qualification
  • South African citizenship
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Fluency in English
  • Currently not permanently employed
  • No prior participation in government internship programs
