Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Support:
    • Prepare court documents and forms for attorneys
    • Transcribe legal notes and proofread materials
    • Maintain case files and discovery binders
    • Coordinate with legal teams and external parties
  • Administration:
    • Manage correspondence and filing systems
    • Handle confidential documentation securely
    • Track deadlines and maintain office supplies
  • Compliance & Quality Control:
    • Ensure adherence to organizational standards
    • Maintain updated policy documentation
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Schedule appointments and manage diaries
    • Record minutes and track action items

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Business Administration or Law-related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in legal/administrative roles
  • Proficiency in legal documentation processes
