Position Summary

We seek a qualified Legal Advisor to provide strategic legal guidance, manage litigation, and support operational activities across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric certificate
• Admission as Attorney (strongly preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Essential Skills

• Proven litigation management experience
• Expertise in contract drafting (FIDIC contracts, cross-border transactions)
• Knowledge of public sector procurement laws (PPPFA, PFMA)
• Experience with construction law and PPP frameworks

Core Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to business units and committees
• Develop litigation strategies and manage external counsel
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
• Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis
• Deliver legal training programs
• Review legislation impacting organizational operations
