Position: Legal Advisor – General Legal Advisory Services

Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Experience Level: Mid-Senior (5+ years post-qualification)

Job Purpose:

Provide comprehensive legal support for aviation safety compliance and organizational operations through regulatory interpretation, contract management, and litigation oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in regulatory committees and technical division support
• Analyze legislation and draft legal opinions
• Manage litigation processes and external counsel coordination
• Develop/review contracts and policy documents
• Advise on organizational compliance strategies

Requirements:

Essential Education:
– LLB/BProc degree
– Admission as Attorney/Advocate

Preferred Qualifications:
– LLM or Legislative Drafting Certification
– Constitutional Law specialization

Professional Experience:
– 5+ years legal practice experience
– Demonstrated expertise in:
• Administrative Law
• Commercial Law
• Statutory Interpretation
• Civil Litigation
