Requirements
- Matric certificate
- LLB degree (NQF Level 7)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience after qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation processes for MEC and Department leadership
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
- Draft/review legal documents and opinions
- Advise departmental units on legal strategy
- Coordinate with State Attorney’s Office
- Provide legal guidance to junior staff
- Maintain legal resource library
