  • Proficiency in legal document analysis and drafting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address legal capacity gaps within departmental operations
  • Implement and oversee Legal Management Framework guidelines
  • Provide expert legal advice on departmental matters
  • Conduct disciplinary proceedings as presiding officer
  • Draft and monitor legal service agreements
  • Manage division personnel and operational requirements
