Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Public Finance Management Act and related regulations
- Proficiency in legal document analysis and drafting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address legal capacity gaps within departmental operations
- Implement and oversee Legal Management Framework guidelines
- Provide expert legal advice on departmental matters
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings as presiding officer
- Draft and monitor legal service agreements
- Manage division personnel and operational requirements
