Position: Legal Admin Officer: Contract Drafting & Compliance

Job Details

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Certificate in Law
  • Experience: 0-8 years (Entry level candidates welcome)

Requirements

  • Undergraduate qualification in Law (NQF level 6)
  • Valid South African driver’s license (exemption applies for persons with disabilities)

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract management support to departments and municipalities
  • Draft legally binding agreements (contracts, SLAs, MoUs)
  • Monitor service provider compliance during project implementation
  • Coordinate with legal services regarding departmental litigation matters
  • Provide office administration support
