Position: Legal Admin Officer: Contract Drafting & Compliance
Job Details
- Type: Full Time
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Certificate in Law
- Experience: 0-8 years (Entry level candidates welcome)
- Location: Polokwane, Limpopo
- Field: Legal Services
Requirements
- Undergraduate qualification in Law (NQF level 6)
- Valid South African driver’s license (exemption applies for persons with disabilities)
Responsibilities
- Provide contract management support to departments and municipalities
- Draft legally binding agreements (contracts, SLAs, MoUs)
- Monitor service provider compliance during project implementation
- Coordinate with legal services regarding departmental litigation matters
- Provide office administration support
