Position Requirements:
- Valid Grade 12/Senior Certificate
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing (R425 qualification)
- Current SANC registration as Professional Nurse + Nursing Education qualification
- 4+ years post-registration nursing experience
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement nurse training programs
- Coordinate Clinical Education & Training Unit activities
- Facilitate Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Mentor nursing staff and conduct skills development workshops
- Monitor training effectiveness and quality assurance
- Manage educational resources and administration
