Core Requirements
- Advanced qualification in Nursing Education accredited by SANC
- 4+ years clinical nursing experience post-registration
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing legislation and ethics
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement nurse training programs
- Coordinate Clinical Education and Training Unit (CETU) activities
- Facilitate continuous professional development initiatives
- Monitor training quality and competency assessments
- Bridge communication between hospital staff and nursing colleges
- Manage educational resources and administrative reporting
