The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) is a statutory body established under the Community Scheme Ombud Service Act (Act 9 of 2011) to regulate community schemes and promote good governance. Operational since 7 October 2016.

Candidate Requirements
- South African citizenship
- Matric certificate (NQF Level 4 equivalent)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Fluency in English
- Currently unemployed
- Not enrolled in tertiary education
- No prior participation in CSOS learnership programs
