About the Opportunity:
We invite motivated young individuals from Roodepoort and surrounding areas to join our 12-month skills development program. This learnership offers practical experience in retail merchandising while enhancing employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute shelf merchandising plans and stock rotations
- Monitor product quality, pricing, and expiration dates
- Manage in-store product displays and promotions
- Maintain inventory records and stock level reports
- Address customer inquiries and provide product information
Candidate Requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Valid NCV Level 4 qualification
- No prior work experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to start immediately
