Learnership Programme Opportunity
Program Type: 1-Year Contract (National Certificate in Water & Waste Water Treatment NQF Level 2)
Locations: North East Region (Richards Bay & Jozini Water Treatment Plants)
Program Overview
This learnership combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience in water treatment operations. Successful candidates will:
- Complete theoretical coursework and practical training
- Develop a Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
- Participate in plant operations at designated facilities
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate with Mathematics & Physical Science
- Currently unemployed (age 35 or younger)
- Resident of uMkhanyakude or uMzinto District Municipalities
- Valid South African ID
- Proof of rural residence (Traditional Authority Office confirmation required)
