Program Overview

This learnership offers a nationally accredited FETC: Long Term Insurance qualification combining theoretical training with practical workplace experience in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Aid client service operations
• Claims processing and new business support
• Health benefits administration
• Customer support through call center operations

Candidate Requirements

Essential Education:

• Grade 12 certificate with minimum marks:
  • Mathematics: Level 4 (50%+)
  • English: Level 4 (50%+)
  • Mathematical Literacy: Level 5 (60%+)
  • Second Language: Level 4 (50%+)

Additional Requirements:

• No prior learnership completion
• Currently not employed or engaged in tertiary studies
• Proficient in English (written & verbal)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel & Outlook)
