Position Overview

This 12-month learnership offers practical experience in long-term insurance while earning an NQF Level 4 qualification. Focus areas include client service and healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical aid client inquiries in call center environments
• Process health insurance claims and new applications
• Maintain accurate benefits administration records
• Collaborate with teams to resolve client concerns

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate with minimum 50% in English and 2nd language
• Maths (50%) or Maths Literacy (60%)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management
• Effective communication (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office basics
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments

Eligibility Requirements

• Age 18-25 years
• No prior learnership experience
• Currently unemployed and not studying
• Western Cape residency preferred
