Learnership Programme

This is a 36‑month fixed‑term contract as part of our Learnership programme. Learnerships combine on‑the‑job learning with structured or institutional learning.

Available fields include:

• Mechanical Fitter
• Instrumentation
• Electrician
• Chemical Plant Operator

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold a completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent with a pass in the following subjects:

• Technical Mathematics / Mathematics
• English / Business English
• Technical / Physical Science

Core Elements

• Participate in the Learnership programme and successfully complete the assessment process.
• Participate in all required workplace readiness activities and exercises.
