Position Overview
Eskom, South Africa’s primary electricity provider serving 95% of the nation, seeks five motivated Learner Diplomats for our Contact Centre training program. This full-time position is based at our Limlanga Cluster in Polokwane, Limpopo.
Key Requirements
- Education: National Diploma (NQF6) in Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Social Science, Business Management, or Customer Service
- Skills: Computer literacy, time management, customer service orientation
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, stress management, organizational abilities

- Manage customer interactions through multiple channels
- Handle service inquiries and dispatch processes
- Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Process prepaid transactions and payment systems
- Maintain customer service standards and records
