About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Service Management: Prioritize and allocate technical support requests. Act as escalation point for regional ICT issues.
- Customer Relations: Conduct service level meetings, facilitate user training, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Operational Oversight: Manage IT assets, risk registers, and audit compliance. Contribute to budget planning.
- Process Improvement: Implement ITIL framework standards and drive service innovation initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Supervise staff performance and resource allocation for optimal productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT-related field
- ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification
- 5-7 years’ ICT support experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
