About the Role

Join the Road Accident Fund as a Lead Business Support professional to oversee end-user IT support services and maintain operational continuity. This role focuses on optimizing service delivery, managing customer relationships, and implementing ITIL-based processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Prioritize and allocate technical support requests. Act as escalation point for regional ICT issues.
  • Customer Relations: Conduct service level meetings, facilitate user training, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage IT assets, risk registers, and audit compliance. Contribute to budget planning.
  • Process Improvement: Implement ITIL framework standards and drive service innovation initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise staff performance and resource allocation for optimal productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT-related field
  • ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification
  • 5-7 years’ ICT support experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
