A luxury property development company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Assistant. You will support a fast-paced Sales and Marketing team. This role is key in the customer journey. You will qualify, manage, and route incoming enquiries to the right teams. You will also help with reporting, communication, and digital operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify incoming enquiries from digital channels, websites, WhatsApp, and paid campaigns.
- Distribute leads efficiently and keep accurate CRM records.
- Support agents with pipeline organisation and follow-up tracking.
- Assist with basic reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Manage bulk email communication and maintain clean databases.
- Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working with CRMs, email tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
- Ability to prioritise and perform well in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in property, customer support, or lead management is a plus.
