Position Details

- Education Requirements:
– Grade 12/NQF Level 4
– 3-year Degree/Diploma in IsiZulu/Language Practice (or equivalent) - Experience: Minimum 2 years in language services
- Location: Gauteng Province
- Department: Language & Communication Services
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate translation of parliamentary documents
- Verbatim reporting for Hansard publications
- Live interpretation services
- Terminology development and standardization
Required Competencies
- Full proficiency in English and IsiZulu
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Commitment to strict deadlines
- Adaptability to irregular hours
