Position Details:

- Education Requirements: National Certificate/ND in HR Management/Labour Relations
- Experience Needed: Minimum 3 years in unionized environments

- Collaborate in developing labor policies and regulations
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters
- Represent company at labor dispute resolutions (CCMA/Bargaining Council)

- Maintain updated contingency plans for labor actions
Essential Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in relevant field
- Proven track record in labor relations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
